I've rehearsed with 2 different bands in the studio. It's a clean, warm rehearsal space with decent parking. All of the equipment works fine and the place has always been manned by someone technically proficient to assist with any issues should they arise (I've never had any problems). Good rates and perfect environment to let loose and get creative.

I've used Capsaarx a few times now, both for band rehearsals and using the live room as a photographic studio - there's no shortage of great gear to play with, the staff are incredibly accomodating, friendly and enthusiastic, the rates are super-reasonable and the whole experience is extremely conducive to enjoyable and creatively productive time spent. Thumbs up all round!
